Opportunity Assessments (Continued)
Wolfe HR Consulting will conduct a thorough assessment of your workplace. This assessment may include employee policies, practices/procedures, surveys, and communication plans as well as a deep dive into your employee relations. We will also interview key stakeholders in the business, conduct 1:1 management interviews, and hold employee focus groups.
Furthermore, we will look for opportunities to use existing organizational data and KPIs to predict what employees may be susceptible to organizing efforts, decreased performance, or leaving the organization.
A fully written report will provide opportunity areas, strategy recommendations to remedy the issues, and a full debrief session with a Wolfe HR consultant.
